Curator Lois Farina Reilly, who is a college staff member and a student, has labeled the show first in a series to highlight the work of Bloomfield's artists. Reilly said that she and Gallery Director David Rosenak wish to bring attention to the thriving colony of artists living or working in the township. Many of the participating artists are well-known locally, nationally, and in some cases, internationally, and have exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide, she said. Included in the exhibit are works of oil on canvas, sculptural mixed media, encaustic, oil pastel and wood. Echoing the current Bloomfield College academic theme of exploration, each of the exhibition's 13 artists expresses his or her own unique journey through their art.

Janet Filomeno, Carole Alter, Joseph Gottesman, Jason Hunsinger, Deborrah Markette, Keely McCool, Vivian McDuffie, Barbara Siciliano, Charles Song and Pamela Wye are the artists with works in the exhibit.
