OBITUARIES grandchildren survive Mrs. Gere. Her first husband, Joseph Csider; her second husband, Andrew Gere; and her brothers, Steven Alayos and John Alayos, predeceased her. Anthony Wyhopen CLIFTON Services were held for Anthony Wyhopen, 84, of Suc-casunna, who died on Friday, Jan. 26, 2007.

Mr. Wyhopen was a chemical operator for Hoffmann-La Roche, Nutley, where he worked for 35 years before retiring in 1982. Also, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Services were at the Shook Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at St.

John Kanty R.C. Church, Clifton. Interment was at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. His wife, the former Dorothy Vetanovetz; his sons, Carl, Gerry, and Anthony; his sister, Rose Meyers; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild survive Mr. Wyhopen.

Alice Carter CLIFTON Services were held for Alice Hoare Carter, a resident of Pinehurst, N.C, who died on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007. She was a former resident of this city. Mrs. Carter was a secretary and administrative assistant for AMF Foundry Clifton, where she worked for 13 years.

Also, she was a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle R.C. Church, Clifton. Services were at the Powell-Marrocco Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle R.C.

Church, Clifton. Interment was at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Her daughters, Janice Carter and Jacqueline Balas; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren survive Mrs. Carter. Her husband, John, predeceased her.

Betty DeLotto CLIFTON Services were held for Betty H. Vorgetts DeLotto, 80, of Paramus, who died on Monday, Jan. 29, 2007. She was a former resident of this city. Mrs.

DeLotto was a secretary for Essex County Municipal Court, Newark, where she worked for 18 years before retiring in 1995. SEE OBITUARIES, PAGE 20 American Cancer Society, 468 Parish Wayne, N.J. 07470. His wife, the former Lillian Sinare; his sons, Russell and Philip; his daughter, Jill Koval; his sisters, Helen Thorwart and Anne Love; four grandchildren; and a great-grandson survive Dr. Beskid.

Six brothers and one sister predeceased him. Robert Flick CLIFTON Services were held for Robert J. Flick, 78, of this city, who died on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007. Mr.

Flick was a maintenance supervisor for the Passaic County Technical Institute, Wayne, where he worked for 24 years before retiring in 1993. A U.S. Maine Corps veteran of World War II, he was a member and past commander of the Athenia Veterans Post, Clifton. He was a parishioner of St. John Kanty R.C.

Church, Clifton, as well. Services were at the Shook Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at St. John Kanty R.C. Church. Interment was at St.

Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. His wife, Katherine Vancleft-Flick; his sons, Robert Flick and Richard Vancleft; his daughters, Cheryl Bongiovanni and Doreen LaRocca; his sisters, Frances Bieni-asz, Rosemary Van Blarcom, and Gertrude Dluhy; and eight grandchildren survive Mr. Flick. His first wife, the former Jean Protzo; his sons, Ronald and Joseph; his daughter, Janet; and his brother, John, predeceased him. Elizabeth Gere CLIFTON Services were held for Elizabeth B.

Alayos Csider Gere, 89, of this city, who died on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007. Mrs. Gere lived in Garfield and Elmwood Park before moving to Clifton. She was a weaver for Botany Woolen Mills, Passaic, where she worked for 20 years before retiring.

Also, she was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church, Passaic, and the Elmwood Park Seniors. Services were at the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by interment at Lodi Cemetery. Her sons, Ronald Csider and Robert Csider; her stepsons, Gregory Gere and Robert Gere; her stepdaughter, Monica Boturla; and seven grandchildren and step- before retiring. Also, he was a member of the Garfield Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Services were at the Allwood Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by interment at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Clifton.

Mr. Runk was predeceased by his wife, the former Rose Esposito and several brothers and sisters. Frances Genardi CLIFTON Services were held for Frances Rea Genardi, 59, of this city, who died on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007. Born in Paterson, Mrs.

Genardi lived there before moving to Clifton. She was an accounts payable manager at Sterns, Paramus, for 12 years before retiring in 2004. Services were at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, Totowa, followed by Mass at St. Bonaven-ture R.C. Church, Paterson.

Interment was at Holy Sepulchre Memorial Park, Totowa. Her son, James, of Concord, N.C; her daughter, Tara, of Clifton; her brothers, Walter Rea and Patrick Rea; and two grandsons survive Mrs. Genardi. Her sister, Kathy, predeceased her. Helen Kwiecinski CLIFTON Services were held for Helen A.

Kwiecinski, 84, of this city, who died on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007. Born in Pittston, Mrs. Kwiecinski lived in Elizabeth before moving to Clifton 53 years ago. She was a homemaker.

Also, she was an inspector with Western Electric Kearny, where she worked during the early 1950s. She was a volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital, Passaic, and a member of the Garden Palace Senior Bowling League and AARP Clifton Chapter 878. Also, she was a parishioner of St. Clare RC.

Church and a member of its Knights of Columbus Regina Mundi Council 3969 Columbiettes. Services were at the Allwood Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at St. Clare R.C. Church. Interment was at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.

Donations may be sent to St. Joseph's Home for the Blind, 537 Pavonia Jersey City, N.J. 07306. Mrs. Kwiecinski is survived by her husband, Al; her daughter, Karen Rattino, of Totowa; her brothers, Leo, Casimir Azaravich, Edward Azaravich, Robert Azaravich, and Joseph Azaravich, all of Pennsylvania; her sisters, Stella Antonello, Dolores Peters, and Gloria Kirchoff, all of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren.

Her son, Robert and her brother, John Azaravich, predeceased her. Rosemary Chambers CLIFTON Services were held for Rosemary J. Frederickson Chambers, 89, of this city, who died on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007. Mrs.

Chambers was a receptionist and switchboard operator for Packaging Corp. of America, Clifton, where she worked for 13 years before retiring in 1979. Arrangements were by Direct Cremations, Paterson. Her husband, William, predeceased her. Joseph Krenicki CLIFTON Services were held for Joseph Krenicki, 84, of Saddle Brook, who died on Thursday, Jan.

25, 2007. He was a former resident of this city. Born in Passaic, Mr. Krenicki lived in Clifton before moving to Saddle Brook. He was a quality control supervisor at General Electric, Paterson.

A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3484. Also, he was a parishioner of Ss. Peter and Paul R.O. Church, Passaic.

Services were at Kugler Community Funeral Home, Saddle Brook, followed by Mass at Ss. Peter and Paul R.O. Church. Burial was at Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Ss. Peter and Paul R.O. Church Restoration Fund or to VFW Post 3484. Mr. Krenicki is survived by his brother, Alexander, of River Vale; and his sisters, Mary Holowach of Clifton, and Irene Bishop of Flat Rock, N.C.

He was predeceased by his wife, Helen; his son, Joel; and his brothers, Michael, John, and Peter. Nell Wolak CLIFTON Services were held for Nell Kwasnik Wolak, 93, of Passaic, who died on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007. She was the mother of Christine De Vos and Linda VanEss, both of this city. Services were at the Shook Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at Holy Rosary R.C.

Church, Passaic. Interment was at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. Mrs. Wolak also is survived by her other daughter, Joan Bel Bruno, of Wayne; her sisters, Emily Kwasnik and Helen Urban, both of Clifton; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Her husband, Peter, predeceased her. Forrest Runk CLIFTON Services were held for Forrest N. Runk, 92, of Para-mus, who died on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007. He was former resident of this city.

Born in Altoona, Mr. Runk lived in Clifton for 44 years before moving to Paramus two years ago. He was a manager for the seafood department at Food Fair, Clifton, city, who died on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2007. Born in Newark, Mr.

Derzsak lived in Clifton for most of his life. He was a self-employed carpenter. Services were at the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church.

Interment was at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. His mother, Patricia, of Chad-wick Island; his brothers, Mark and James, of Clifton; and his sister, Karen Derzsak Smith, of Clifton, survive Mr. Derzsak. His father, John, predeceased him. Michael Gulywasz CLIFTON Services were held for Michael Gulywasz, 86, of this city, who died on Saturday, Jan.

27, 2007. Born in Passaic, Mr. Gulywasz lived in Oklahoma before returning to the PassaicClifton area. He was a machinist for Vibra Screw Totowa, for 10 years before retiring in 1998. A U.S.

Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of American Legion Quentin-Roosevelt Post 8. Services were at the Shook Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by interment at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Mr. Gulywasz is survived by his sons, Michael and Carl, both of Clifton; his daughter, Deborah Ann Sodano, of Clifton; his sister, Ann Cherevko, of Venice, and five grandchildren.

His wife, the former Wilma Jean Mcintosh, predeceased him. Josephine Agnello CLIFTON Services were held for Josephine Caltabellotta Agnello, a resident of this city, who died on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2007. Mrs. Agnello had owned a dress shop.

Also, she was a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle R.C. Church, Clifton, and a member of the Allwood Women's Club, Clifton. Services were at the Allwood Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle R.C.

Church. Entombment was at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Please omit flowers. Her daughter, Carla Urbanowycz; her son, John; and four grandchildren survive Mrs. Agnello.

Her husband, Peter, predeceased her. George Beskid CLIFTON Services were held for George Beskid, a resident of this city, who died on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007. Services were at the Gaita Memorial Home, Little Falls, followed by Mass at St. John the Baptist RO.

Church, Little Falls. Interment was at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
