Dr. Theodore Adnerssen, noted author and scholar of Scandinavian and Germanic literature, will instruct the teacher-scholars who were chosen from all over the nation. They will bo provided with tuition, room and board as part of the overall scholarship Moore-Simmons, the daughter of William and the Rev Nancy Moore, pastor of Bethany Lutheran Church, resides in Randolph with her husband Paul and their 4 year-old daughter Ilia Jackie Moore-Simmons, director of Bethany Lutheran Church's 1985 Summer Fun Camp in Belleville, was recently awarded a competitive summer scholarship to Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif. She was among 13 out of more than 300 applicants selected to receive the National Endowment for the Humanities scholarship which is designed to motivate secondary teachers to enrich high school classes with appropriate philosophical background in literature Moore-Simmons is an English teacher ment Program.

Three Belleville residents were graduated from the Katharine (iibbs School of Montclair after completing the one year secretarial program.
